About the Event
Patient Solutions returns for its second year, hosted by Irish Medical Times in collaboration with MIMS Ireland , with a renewed focus on the full patient journey, from prevention and early intervention through acute care, discharge and ongoing support in the community.
As healthcare systems face sustained pressure, improving outcomes requires more than isolated innovation. It demands joined-up thinking across the entire pathway. This year’s programme has been deliberately structured to follow the patient experience step by step, exploring where delays occur, where hospital dependency can be reduced and where technology, workforce innovation and community-based models can make the greatest impact.
Bringing together clinicians, policymakers, system leaders, technologists, patients and their advocates, Patient Solutions will examine practical, scalable approaches that strengthen continuity of care and ensure patients receive the right support at the right stage of their journey.

This invitation-only roundtable will bring together patient advocates, clinicians, researchers, system leaders and policymakers - including representation from Ignite leadership - for a collaborative discussion on how to recognise, strengthen and build on patient and public partnership across Irish healthcare.
Designed around co-creation, shared learning and partnership, the discussion will draw on expertise already established across a range of disease areas. Participants will share practical examples and mini case studies, consider what best practice can be adapted or scaled, and identify the key priorities and strategic opportunities that should be advanced together to maximise future impact.
