UCAN Ireland (United Cancer Advocates Network) is a patient-led advocacy group launched in April 2025, uniting cancer advocates from across the island of Ireland. Representing a broad spectrum of cancer types and communities, UCAN speaks with one voice to address systemic challenges affecting all cancer patients.
Driven by data and focused on solutions, UCAN targets priority areas for action to improve cancer care delivery. As a network of dedicated volunteers, we leverage our collective strength to raise awareness, influence policy, and hold decision-makers accountable. Our mission is clear: to ensure equitable, timely access to world-class cancer care for every patient in Ireland.
