I am an experienced Physician with 20+ years of practicing Medicine in Belarus and in Ireland, including 9 last years as a permanent Respiratory Consultant (Clinical Medical Director 2018-2024). My special interests and expertise are in Airways Diseases and Sleep Disorders. My PhD was on Severe Asthma Management. I am a Member of National Expert Committee for Severe Asthma in Ireland with special focus and expertise of use of biologic agents and digital monitoring. Since moving to Donegal, I have set up here Severe Asthma service, Sleep disorders service and Interventional Bronchoscopy (Endobronchial ultrasound guided lung biopsy). Currently I lead on Respiratory Services transformation in County Donegal from “Hospital-centred” to “Home-centred” patients’ care, including management of 20-beds Virtual Respiratory Ward with digital monitoring at patients’ homes, helping to prevent ED presentations and to facilitate early discharges. Our Digital Ward has been shortlisted for several awards in 2024 and has won Bright Spark Award in category “Best Digital Project 2024” and The 2024 HSE Excellence Award in category ”Patient Experience Award”. Last year I completed 2 years Executive MBA in Said Business School in Oxford University, and at present doing Diploma in Artificial Intelligence in Business in Said Business School in Oxford University.
