Dr Clodagh Toomey is a Physiotherapist and Associate Professor at the Health Research Institute, University of Limerick. Her clinical and research experience is mainly focused on optimising the management of osteoarthritis and other joint conditions through improving health service delivery. Clodagh is the recipient of a Health Research Board Emerging Investigator Award which is investigating how to optimise implementation of clinical guidelines for osteoarthritis in practice and is the research lead on the Good Living with osteoArthritis Denmark (GLA:D®) initiative in Ireland.
