Panther Software

Panther is the workforce management solution for temporary recruitment. Built for temporary recruiters by a team with deep roots in the industry, the platform manages the complex, high-volume and regulated staffing that generalist tools cannot handle, across sectors including healthcare, education and hospitality. It supports temporary recruitment agencies, in-house temporary workforce management and supply chain management, bringing sourcing, compliance, scheduling, timesheets and pay into a single, reliable system of record.

Panther Software is built for the level of complexity required in the healthcare industry. Compliance is scored in real time and checked before every booking, so a worker who is not cleared and qualified for that specific shift cannot be placed on it. The result is better-run agencies and safer, more reliable staffing for the hospitals and care settings that depend on them.

Panther Software now holds over 300,000 candidate records and 1.7 million compliance documents across more than 53,000 locations, and its client base has doubled over the past year. Agencies supplying nurses and carers, including Carestaff Solutions, run their operations on the platform, which has a retention rate above 95%. Panther's Intelligence Model gives agency leaders real-time oversight of performance and gross profit, helping them protect margins in a tightening market and ahead of significant employment-law reform in 2027.

Panther Software is ISO 27001 certified for information security, with ISO 9001 for quality management in progress, and holds a place on the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 15 framework, opening access to public-sector work. The temporary workforce keeps critical services running. Panther's job is to keep it running.
