Antoinette Doherty is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Respiratory Care with HSE Donegal and a Fellow of the Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery at RCSI. As part of the CARE Virtual Ward team, she is involved in developing and evaluating innovative models of care that support people with chronic respiratory disease to receive care closer to home. She is currently undertaking a PhD at RCSI examining the Social Return on Investment of virtual care for COPD and has published research in the field of digital health and chronic disease management.
